No matter how particular your needs are, the Concierge team – headed by Jamar Stoute – take great pleasure in ensuring that you are catered for beyond expectation. Villa manager Andrea Hope has managed the team for many years and is familiar with both the levels of service and security expected.
Attention to detail is second to none and the staff take immense pride in handcrafting each guest’s experience on an individual, bespoke basis. This is the ultimate in bespoke luxury.
Fine Dining
The team at Alaya are here to cater for your every culinary need. The Concierge Manager will liaise with you to customise the menus to your exact requirements.
Breakfast is available from 6am and the team are at your disposal at all other times until dinner service is completed. The Chef is fully trained by Michel Roux and in his Michelin star restaurant, ensuring only the very highest standard in dining throughout your stay.
House wines, champagnes and a fully stocked bar are offered complimentary and available at all times. A pianist and other entertainers can be made available at an additional cost.
Villa Staff
The staff at Alaya are available you you at all times and have largely worked for the owner for many years, they are trustworthy, discreet, honest, hard working, and dependable. The villa manager is familiar with both levels of service and security demanded by guests.
Beachfront Location
Guests’ peace of mind is of paramount importance and Alaya has been designed to ensure that you can relax in a private and secure environment. The location is perfect for both privacy and security as the property is 300 yards away from the main road. Furthermore, Alaya lies on a promontory, meaning beach walkers can only pass by at low tide. There is also a natural reef in front of Alaya, which discourages boats from mooring on the beach and thus provides a level of privacy for the property.
Security
Alaya hosts two full-time security staff who are onsite 24/7. The security detail monitor CCTV of all boundaries and all requests for access to the property. They also patrol the property non-intrusively. Whilst hoping they are never needed, we have also incorporated panic buttons and panic rooms to retreat into in the worst-case scenario.
Two Audi Q7 vehicles are provided with drivers. Security trained and armed drivers can also be provided (POA). Our security staff are happy to work with guests’ own security professionals to ensure a seamless experience.
Functions
Should visitors wish to hold functions such as cocktail parties, larger dinners or any special occasion, the staff will be pleased to organise these.
Prices include all local property fees (1.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
