Bohemia is a spectacular ridge-front home with breathtaking sea views. Located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate, this villa offers luxury accommodation with stunning ocean views, an immaculate infinity pool and a full complement of staff.

The grand entrance hallway opens up to the 50ft infinity pool, looking west to view the most stunning sunsets. Bohemia has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen TVs, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, luxury toiletries, and are larger than most standard hotel rooms.

Bohemia’s five well-appointed bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The first bedroom is located on the lower level and includes a king size bed with the remaining bedrooms accessible by the grand staircase up to the second level of the home. A sixth bedroom is located within the poolside cottage. All the suites include en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the two master, king sized bedrooms also boast hot tubs.

The villa also has an office with computer, printer, and telephone which is situated on the top floor for business needs. All interiors are grand and spacious with white stone finishings and boutique furniture. The living room features a pool table, bar, plenty of sitting areas, and a Smart TV with the latest viewing technology. The Dining Room boasts a long, mahogany table suitable for lavish dinner parties of 12, while the kitchen area is perfect for everyday informal meals.

The villa is ideally located near the beach at Sandy Lane where you can sunbathe on lounge chairs and access the estate’s beach facilities. A five-minute drive brings you into the vibrant Holetown where you can enjoy shopping and excellent dining.
