Claridges Barbados is a luxurious and intimate development of 10 exceptional villas set amongst two acres of lush, tropically landscaped gardens. Located in the heart of the Platinum West Coast, only a few moments from the secluded, white sandy beaches of Gibbs. Claridges is one of the West Coast’s most exclusive, boutique residential resorts.

Designed by renowned architect Michael Gomes, these superbly constructed villas combine modern living with classic coral stone elegance and a hint of Balinese architectural influence. The finishes of each villa include beautiful cedar, mahogany, marble, granite and travertine, each complementing the other, coming together to produce a natural, stylish and classically contemporary living space.

No. 10 Claridges is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom townhouse with calming, customised decor. The breezy location of this property allows for views of the pool as well as the amazing full foliage completely enclosing the private premises. From the covered terrace guests can soak up the sun with personal sun loungers and umbrellas and even enjoy al fresco dining.

All three bedrooms are en-suite with King-sized beds, walk through closets and a private terrace. One of the two bedrooms located on the first floor has a King which can be separated as twin beds. Additionally the first floor has a multi-functional den with a pull out sofa, printer/ fax and flat screen television; an ideal place for work, or lounging.

No. 10 Claridges is equipped with Apple TV, Sonos and of course wireless connection throughout the property. This residential resort community features a large swimming pool with three waterfalls, gazebo and beach area where residents can soak up the brilliant year-round sunshine in a tranquil and peaceful location. The development is a short walk to Gibbs Beach and also nearby Sea Shed restaurant where sun loungers can be hired.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
