Sienna is an elegant, modern Royal Westmoreland villa. It is situated on the premium West Coast of Barbados, in the peaceful, secure, gated community of Coconut Grove, Royal Westmoreland.
This 3 bedroom, luxurious villa has fabulous views of the 10th fairway and the Caribbean Sea beyond. It is a delightful, private retreat only minutes away from the best restaurants, golf, polo, tropical sun-kissed beaches and designer shopping at in Holetown or Cave Shepherd in Sunset Crest. Set amongst tropical gardens, the view from the splendid Great Room out over the covered pool deck and the pristine sandy bunkers of the Robert Rent Jones golf course, will quite simply take your breath away. Guests of this property can also enjoy access to all resort conveniences; including club house, gym, tennis courts, golf and beach facilities at the popular Mullins Beach.
The interior design of this lovely villa is contemporary with travertine marble floors throughout, huge panoramic windows and indoor and outdoor terraces. The bedrooms are also impressive and feature ensuite baths, terraces and range in size from a master king suite to spacious queen suites.
For those who love to cook there is a fully equipped and professional-grade kitchen. There are dining areas inside and outside for al fresco eating. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, with terraces, BBQ and chill-out area perfect for sunbathing, reading or enjoying a cocktail, as well as the private swimming pool.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
