Evergreen Barbados is a very elegant and beautifully furnished luxury villa. It is situated on the exclusive Sandy Lane estate. Evergreen is a beautiful coral stone villa offering wonderful outdoor living space with mature gardens and bougainvillea cascading over the walls. The villa is nestled amongst 3 acres of tropical gardens overlooking the Sandy Lane golf course.
The property features four sprawling air-conditioned bedrooms and five exquisitely designed bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own distinctive feeling, TV and music, and wireless internet. One of the master bedrooms has an unrivalled view of the estate gardens and two of the very gracious guest suites open onto the tropical gardens. There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor. Evergreen also has a very gracious, separate guest suite. This suite opens onto the well landscaped mature gardens.
Evergreen has been designed with guests' enjoyment in mind. It is beautifully furnished and has expansive patios which are perfect for al fresco dining. The main dining area will seat a large party and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The large swimming pool feels very private and is surrounded by mature, tropical foliage. The villa is truly a treasure, and offers the unique quality of featuring more common areas than any other villa of that size, all designed to suit the guests’ every possible mood: from the more formal living room to the expansive patios, the brand new state of the art family room that can sit comfortably a house full of guests for a movie on the 63” flat screen TV, to the “Puncherie” on the roof terrace so named to reflect its perfect position to enjoy the best rum punch on the Island, while watching the sun set over the Caribbean Sea.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
