Forest Hills 23 is a very smartly furnished 3 bedroom villa. It directly overlooks the water at Forest Hills with views of Caribbean Sea beyond.
Ideally located overlooking the pond in the Forest Hills cluster within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Forest Hills 23 is the perfect spot to spend your Barbados Holiday. The villa creates a tranquil atmosphere with views over the pond and through to the Caribbean Sea beyond.
The main house is set over two floors and features the open plan living and dining area upstairs, with kitchen and expansive outdoor patio which features sun loungers and outdoor dining. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and both feature en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, air conditioning and patios to the private garden space.
The third bedroom is located in a stand-alone cottage to the east side of the property and features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning throughout.
Guests staying at Forest Hills 23 have access to all the benefits Royal Westmoreland has to offer including onsite Golf, Beach Club and Restaurant at Mullins Beach, onsite Tennis Court, Club House with Pool, Bar, Restaurant and much more.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
