Forest Hills 33 is a lovely 3-bedroom villa located in the exclusive world-class gated golf community of Royal Westmoreland, Barbados. There are stunning sea, estate, and golf course views from the terraces on the upper level at the Villa.
The villa features 3 bedrooms with the Master bedroom features a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and icemaker. The living, dining, and sitting areas are all located on the upper levels and lead onto terraces offering stunning sea, estate or golf course views.
The villa’s housekeeper, Marcille, will ensure the villa is kept tidy during your stay, and will also manage laundry services, leaving you with the sole task of concentrating on your enjoyably relaxing holiday.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
