Leamington House is a colonial-style Great House set in the exclusive Leamington Estate. Extended and modernised by the famous architect, Oliver Messel, the house was for many years the home of the American Ambassador.

On the ground floor there are two very spacious rooms, leading off the hall. The drawing room is a very beautiful, large and airy room with high ceilings, tall windows with a seating and dining area. Adjoining this room, is an indoor/outdoor area with seating areas and a dining table which seats 10 comfortably. The air conditioned TV room with a plasma screen TV with surround sound is also located on the ground floor as well as the 5th Double bedroom. The kitchen is located on the ground floor leading from a smaller sitting room with a desk and a dining table that seats 4 people. From the covered patio it leads onto the swimming pool and a beautiful, tropical walled garden. A gate just a short walk through the garden opens onto the beach.

This beautiful Barbados Villa has four double, air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor, each with private bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have walk in showers, the other three have a combination bath/shower. A fifth bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. In addition to the aforementioned reception areas, the ground floor is host to a TV room and Wi-Fi is available throughout. This fully furnished holiday villa comes fully staffed.

Leamington House is located approximately a quarter mile from shopping/supermarket facilities in Speightstown and five miles from Holetown.
