A lovely 4 bedroom townhouse situated within the popular area of Mullins Bay. It benefits from its own pool as well as the communal pool and is just across from Mullins Beach.

Located on the exclusive West Coast of Barbados, this four bedroom townhouse in Mullins Bay is just a stroll away from the famous Mullins Beach. Tastefully furnished, "Jalousie" is a three storey townhouse with air-conditioned and en-suite bedrooms. The Master bedroom occupies the entire top level and from the bedroom terrace there is a partial sea view as well as a view of the Spa swimming pool.

The first floor comprises two further bedrooms which are furnished with a Queen bed and 2 zip-and-link Twin beds which can be made into a King-sized bed . These bedrooms share a terrace .

On the ground floor you'll find the lounge, kitchen and fourth bedroom. This room is furnished with a double bed and is the only room which is not en-suit. It does, however share the powder room which is adjacent to the bedroom. The lounge leads onto a covered patio and outdoor dining area near the pool.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
