A luxury townhouse villa in a prime location at Mullins Beach, finished to a very high standard and an excellent base for a family holiday.
This elegant 4-bedroom townhouse forms part of the Mullins Bay community and offers luxurious family accommodation in an ideal location. The villa offers a private courtyard and a communal swimming pool, as well as access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins beach. There is a lockable gate between the courtyard and the pool to ensure peace of mind for parents with young children.
The villa is situated opposite the stunning Mullins Beach which has a very popular bar and relaxed restaurant. On arrival, a friendly staff member will show you to your private sun bed, stocked with towels. Beach service is on hand to provide refreshing cocktails; you will also have access to the members-only sun deck. Housekeeping service is also included.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
