The Palms at Old Trees is a spacious ground-floor, luxury beachfront apartment on the West Coast of Barbados. This luxury home is a gorgeous corner unit with high ceilings and its own private villa style entrance. The Palms at Old Trees is one of the largest units in this luxury building which offers a gated garden area at the entrance.

The apartment has also been completely renovated and modernised with Bohemia style furnishing and finishes. The living room flows onto the covered terrace and dining area with tiled sunken plunge pool and the adjacent sunset deck with BBQ, Wet Bar and lounge. Step off the gated private terrace and walk through the lush gardens onto a perfectly swept stretch of idyllic beach, perfect for sunset strolls.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, the beautiful foliage offers guests enhanced privacy, while restricting views of the sea.

The Palms offers spectacular Caribbean Sea views, 3 large en-suite bedrooms with French doors onto their own private terraces, high ceilings and luxury as well as exquisite finishes throughout. Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
