This exceptional 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom golf villa is located in the all new Apes Hill Golf Resort and offers the highest possible standards in terms of lifestyle and tropical living. The spacious living areas include a large open-plan kitchen with central island along and multiple lounging, dining and entertaining areas.
The main living area opens up onto the western and southern covered terraces via glass doors and once the house is open views and breeze can be enjoyed from all rooms and living areas. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with sun loungers and umbrellas from which sea and garden views can be enjoyed. The lower level includes 4 spacious and bright en-suite bedrooms as well as a separate media room with sofa bed which means the villa can accommodate up to 12 persons.
The upper level includes a private bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom from which stunning sea and resort view can be enjoyed. The private upper level also includes gardens, a barbecue area, bar, dining table and a corner plunge pool, a perfect spot for sunset drinks or a night under the stars.
The villa comes complete with round the clock house management and concierge support as well as a cook and housekeeping. Guests have access to the Apes Hill golf facilities , Resident Member’s rates are available.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
