This beautiful 3 bedroom property is located in the block Petit Tabac that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines.

This exquisite three and a half bedroom apartment, nestles on the ground floor of the block. Recently renovated this luxury apartment includes two inviting patios, one on each side, both graciously caressed by the gentle Tradewinds. Your beachside patio offers a mesmerizing vista of the sea, where you’ll find yourself captivated by the breathtaking sunsets, all while sipping a refreshing rum punch.

There are two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home both with ensuite marble bathrooms, complete with double vanity, rejuvenating shower and a lavish bath in the second bathroom. The third ensuite bedroom, situated on the lagoon side, has direct access to the half bedroom/ office and offers access to the inviting plunge pool and the pristine beach.

Spacious living and dining rooms link the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors onto each terrace to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although available. The large patio invites you to spend most of your time there relaxing or reading a book. The easy access to the plunge pool and beach makes this home all the much better.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
