Radwood Beach Villa No. 1 is a private 3 bedroom beachfront home on the West Coast of Barbados. Offering stunning Caribbean Sea views, Radwood is situated on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach with exceptional swimming and snorkelling.
The property has been designed to create a unique sense of indoor/outdoor living for guests to benefit from its unrivalled location, with clean lines and spectacular glass doors opening to the exquisite and spacious outdoor area. This architecturally designed villa has a light and airy open plan interior with a stylish kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom enjoys a private ocean-facing terrace. The outside space benefits from a wide covered terrace with lounge area which feature full sized sun beds, alfresco dining and private pool. The beautiful beach is just steps away via a pathway through well manicured gardens which are bordered by decking and entertaining areas.
The villa is also in close proximity to the wonderful restaurants nearby, while other amenities are just a short drive away in Holetown.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
