Sandy Cove 301 is a luxury 3-bedroom beachfront apartment located in the Sandy Cove development in St James. Sandy Cove is a much sought after beachfront development located on the west coast of Barbados. It offers luxury beachfront apartment accommodation for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The apartment boasts wonderful sea views.
Sandy Cove 301 offers spacious accommodation. It has 3 bedrooms and is equipped with all modern amenities. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. They are all air conditioned and have ceiling fans. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed. It has delightful views over the pool and sparking Caribbean waters below. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with two double beds each.
Sandy Cove 301 has a private balcony with seating and dining where guests can relax al fresco. Sliding glass doors with curtains open to the interior living room furnished with cushioned sofas, a flatscreen TV, and an entertainment system. A breakfast bar unites the living room with the kitchen outfitted in stainless steel appliances, cookware, and sleek cabinetry.
Guests may enjoy the communal pool in the grounds of Sandy Cove. Apartment 301 also has its own private plunge pool. This is situated on the terrace. Just cool off in the privacy of your own pool sipping cocktails. Enjoy the splendour of the magnificent West Coast sunset. Guests also have access to the communal gym and sauna.
Prices include all local property fees (1.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
