Lusca is a stylishly furnished luxury three bedroom apartment enjoying wonderful views over the pool to the sea beyond and very well furnished throughout.
Schooner Bay is one of the most luxurious beachfront properties on the west coast. The development is set on a secluded beach in a wonderfully picturesque setting and the apartments have been completed to the highest standards. The landscaped grounds include a free-form swimming pool in glorious gardens with direct access to the beach.
This completely refurbished luxury apartment is named after a legendary sea creature of the Caribbean, 'Lusca'. The apartment has access to a large communal swimming pool and is just steps away from an expansive and deserted sandy beach. The living room is an open complex which opens up onto a patio overlooking the pool and beach. There is a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. There are three luxurious bedrooms which include air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms.
While staying at Schooner Bay you can enjoy a range of activities which include relaxing in the jacuzzi, visiting the gym and swimming in the free-form pool or the tranquil waters of the Caribbean Sea. The poolside and beach have sun beds exclusively for Schooner Bay use. Watersports may be enjoyed by arrangement with Cobblers Cove Hotel, a short walk away, which also boasts an excellent bar and restaurant.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
