Schooner Bay is one of the most luxurious residential beachfront condominiums on the West Coast of Barbados. Conveniently located close to the historic town of Speightstown, this exclusive gated development is nestled on the secluded Godings Bay beach in a picturesque setting, surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens.
Located on the first floor, Schooner Bay 204 is a spacious two bedroom apartment which benefits from an abundance of natural light and enjoys direct views of the beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Stylishly decorated in cool tones with coastal accents and featuring high ceilings and limestone floors, this holiday rental strikes the perfect balance between Caribbean elegance and modern minimalist interior design.
A spacious entrance hall leads to the main living area which features an open plan design and flows on to a covered dining terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean views and breath-taking sunsets. For those looking to try their hands at some Caribbean cuisine, there is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances nestled into the corner of the living space.
Schooner Bay 204 sleeps up to four guests comfortably. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features full marble en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Master suite has direct access to the private terrace and bedroom two has a king bed that can be converted to two twins.
A range of activities can be enjoyed while staying at Schooner Bay including spending the day soaking up the sun while lounging by the free-form swimming pool and Jacuzzi or enjoying a swim in the warm shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. For the more adventurous a selection of water sports are also on offer.
Guests also benefit from assigned parking, 24-hour security and facilities including fitness centre, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as the amenities in the nearby Speightstown such as shopping, restaurants, banking and more.
Prices include all local property fees (2.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
