No. 305 is an immaculate five bedroom penthouse apartment within the exclusive beachfront community of Schooner Bay located in Speightstown. Laid out on three levels (second, third floors and roof top of 880 sq ft) totaling about 5,711 sq. ft. There are expansive views of the pool, beach and ocean beyond from all levels - a truly unique luxury residence.

The property is elegantly furnished and fully equipped. There are five double bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms), four of the bedrooms have wonderful sea views. The apartment offers an office, guest bathroom, two sitting rooms, two dining terraces, sit up bar and recently updated open-plan kitchen. A private elevator leads to the breezy, partly covered roof top dining area with BBQ Grill and sun terrace.

Schooner Bay is an exclusive residential development of only thirty apartments, surrounding a free form tiled swimming pool, Jacuzzi and poolside gazebo. There is a gym on site. The wide beach is sandy and offers excellent swimming.

The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, and sidewalk vendors offering local produce and ground provisions as well as excellent casual dining options. Holetown is also offers great shopping and dining options and is located just a short 15-minute drive.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
