Sunset Views is a well-appointed villa at Royal Westmoreland and very nicely furnished throughout. Located close to the amenities and has a small private pool.
Sugar Cane Ridge 1 is a well-appointed, modern Caribbean villa, nestled in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados, overlooking the beautifully landscaped short-game and putting areas of the Resort. This elegant home features 3 comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The master bedroom and second bedroom both open on to the pool deck which is located on the lower level of the villa. It's the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a cooling dip in the private plunge pool with views to Royal Westmoreland's spectacular golf course and the Caribbean Sea beyond as the background. The third bedroom is located on the main or mid level off the main entrance which leads up to the main living level.
The open plan living and dining area can be found on the upper level of the villa, leading out to a spacious covered balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic ocean views and tropical sunsets, or enjoy a tasty Barbadian meal, dining alfresco. The modern kitchen is well equipped, with everything at your fingertips to make your holiday in Barbados relaxed and enjoyable.
Guests staying at Sugar Cane Ridge 1 benefit from the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located five minutes away at Mullins Bay. Services of the Beach Club include free shuttle service to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain beach services.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
