Hillside villa 1 is a centrally located stylish villa in St James on a private cul-de-sac of 8 Villas surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.
This lovely modern villa is a breath of fresh air located only minutes away from the renowned Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. The villa consists of three ensuite bedrooms; featuring a tertiary bedroom on level one of the property and the primary and secondary bedrooms on level three. Level two of this villa features an open design, showcasing the living room and kitchen; both of which lead out to their own respective terrace’s.
On the Western terrace which leads out from the living room area, a view of Barbados’s beautiful sunsets can be admired every evening of your choice. The Eastern terrace, which features a dinning room table; leads out from the kitchen and overlooks the villa’s pool and lush gardens. Relax in the private plunge pool leading off the open lounge area, sunbathe, enjoy a BBQ - the outdoor ambient lighting looks amazing in the evening!
Limegrove Lifestyle Centre is within easy walking distance (1-2 mins) and is home to duty-free boutiques, gourmet restaurants and various entertainment.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
