A wonderfully spacious 4 bedroom villa set in large grounds with views across to the Caribbean Sea. Very smartly furnished and a round of golf also included.
Tradewinds, Royal Westmoreland is an impressive 4-bedroom villa and provides breath-taking views across the immaculate golf course and to the Caribbean Sea.
Defined by its fine finishes of coral, travertine, granite, and marble. One only has to bypass the palm tree-lined paved driveway, stately fountain and impeccable grounds to be transported into a private world of luxury. The ground floor level is designed on open plan principles featuring high pickled-pine ceilings, newly renovated kitchen, spacious indoor and outdoor living. The dining area, also on the ground floor, offers a haven to relax and enjoy a family meal at your Barbados holiday villa either indoors or outdoors.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, both beautifully decorated. One of the bedrooms has its own exclusive terrace and garden view. The first-floor features 2 large en-suite bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and either could be used as the master bedroom and both have access to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and facing the sea.
Royal Westmoreland enjoys 24-hour security and holiday guests have the option to access to tennis courts, fitness centre and clubhouse with a resort pool, varied dining options and the beach facility. When you stay at Tradewinds you'll have the benefits of the owner's golf membership, with preferred tee times.
Prices include all local property fees (1.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Children aged 12 years and over are welcome. This is a non-smoking villa. Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
