Villas on the Beach is located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James and was designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison. This ground floor apartment is unique as it offers a lovely private patio that is perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing! Just a few steps and you are on the pool deck surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and have access to the community pools. And of course, the white sand beach and sparkling Caribbean Sea are just outside of the beach gate!
Apartment 101 is a unique ground floor unit as it offers a lovely private patio that is perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing! Just a few steps and you are on the pool deck surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and have access to the community pools. And of course, the white sand beach and sparkling Caribbean Sea are just outside of the beach gate!
This 3 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 5 people and has been decorated to high standards and the generous living areas and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms all make for the perfect holiday. There is a full kitchen, and the entire apartment is air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Guests of 101 also benefit from the use of the members' on-site gym which is located in the basement of the building.
The superb location in Holetown means that everything you may need for an excellent holiday is within a short stroll - fine dining restaurants, excellent duty free shopping, exciting nightlife, a huge supermarket, banks, a medical centre and much more. In addition, for keen golfers, Villas on the Beach is just a short drive away from three world-renowned golf courses - Apes Hill Club, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
