Villas on the Beach is located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James and designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison.
Apartment 205 is located on the first floor with a spectacular view of the clear Caribbean Sea from the private patio. This modern two bedroom, two bathroom villa offers fully air conditioned living areas with ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has been designed to take advantage of the amazing view so that you can wake up to the waves each morning of your stay! All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
This apartment offers guests the added benefit of membership of the in-house gym located conveniently in the basement of the complex. Your holiday experience will be made that much better by the attentions of your friendly housekeeper who will prepare local meals for you and help with the laundry! This idyllic holiday spot is just a short stroll from everything that Holetown has to offer including duty free shopping, world class restaurants, exciting nightlife, a grocery store, 24 hour medical centre and much more! In addition, for the golfer at heart, Villas on the beach is just a short drive away from three world renowned golf courses - Apes Hill Club, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
