This modern and comfortable 4th floor apartment has fantastic views across the Caribbean Sea. This also has direct access to the quieter end of Paynes Bay beach.
The relatively new Waterside development offers the best of both worlds: an idyllic setting with tropical gardens and a tranquil beach frontage and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Unit 405 has been tastefully furnished, well finished and the layout provides plenty of space for a couple staying here. Waterside is perfectly located on Paynes Bay, Holetown, a mere five minutes North, with its supermarkets, banks and duty-free shopping facilities, boasts some of the islands best restaurants, from the affordable to the exclusive. Watersports are available within a few minutes' walk and several world class golf courses are just a short drive away. The world famous 'The Cliff' restaurant is a short walk away, while Daphne's restaurant is even closer. The Sandy Lane Hotel is a comfortable stroll up the beach.
Waterside is a secure gated development with underground car parking. Main entrance doors open to two staircases and lifts via a large coral rendered and marble tiled lobby. There are lifts to all floors including the car park and there is a 24 hour manned concierge office close to the entrance. The apartments feature hardwood doors, windows and shutters, marble tiled floors and skirting throughout the apartment with marble wall tiling to the bathroom. Wash hand basins are mounted on a marble vanity with mirrored cabinet. The coral rendered entrance hall and living room have a white silk finish to walls and ceilings and bedrooms have hardwood fitted wardrobes with louvred doors and cabinets.
The kitchen features black granite worktops and up stands, stainless steel inset sink with designer mixer/spray tap and a waste-disposal with a stainless steel dishwasher nearby. Multi function stainless steel oven with a black glass electric hob and a stainless steel built-in microwave oven. There is an American style stainless steel two-door fridge/freezer with chilled water & ice dispenser, a washing machine and vented tumble dryer in the utility areas.
Prices include all local property fees (1.50%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
